SaaS launch films and product videos, cut from your real screens
Launch films, feature videos and paid-social ads, built from your product’s real screens and laid out for every placement.
We make launch films, feature videos and paid-social ads for software teams. Every shot comes from your actual product, recorded from a staging account or your builds, then designed and animated around the one action your buyer cares about. One edit ships in 16:9, 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, with the layout rebuilt for each placement.
Good fit: a launch date, a working product, and a buyer who needs to see it work.

Lume Courier
Merchant app ad for Meta
The merchant portal from sign-up to 24/7 support, walked through on one persistent panel. Built to work with the sound off: captions burned in, 97 sound cues locked to the cuts.
Reels, Shorts and TikTok. The app draws over the top 14%, the bottom 35% and 6% of each side on Reels, so the ad lives in the clear area.

Questions teams ask
How long should a SaaS launch video be?
Long enough to show one job getting done from start to finish. For a launch film that is usually 45 to 90 seconds. For a paid-social ad it is 15 to 30 seconds, with the product on screen in the first second. We set the runtime in the plan, before anything is animated.
Do you need access to our product?
Yes. A staging or demo account works best. We record real flows at full resolution and rebuild the ones that need to be cleaner. If a screen does not exist yet, the plan says so and we design it with your team.
Which formats do we get for paid social?
16:9 for YouTube and your site, 1:1 and 4:5 for feeds, and 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok. Each one is laid out again for its placement and checked against that platform’s safe zone, so captions and buttons stay clear of the app’s interface.
What does a SaaS product video cost?
You get a fixed quote from your brief before any work starts. The price moves with runtime, the number of placements and how much of the product needs new design. There is no hourly billing and the quote is free.

Cut 02YouTube
A channel to grow
Motion design and documentary-style editing for YouTube channels
Maps, archive, kinetic type and data graphics, planned around retention before anything is designed.
We build the visual layer of explainer and documentary videos: animated maps, archive treatments, kinetic type, data graphics and recurring characters. Send a finished script, a rough cut or a voiceover. We plan every beat for retention first, then design the motion that carries it, as a kit your whole series can reuse.
Good fit: a channel that publishes on a schedule and wants a look people recognise from one frame.

The Forgotten Pipeline
Documentary intro for a geopolitics channel
Cut from an 8-minute raw talking-head take: retakes and restarts removed, the delivery kept. The maps are rendered in 3D on real elevation data, every place name lands on the word that says it, and the sound is designed cue by cue.
91 seconds, 22 shots. 3D maps, talking head, archival newsreel, AI b-roll and a question card, cut to the channel’s own voice.

Questions creators ask
Can you make map animations and archive-style explainers?
Yes. Maps are drawn on, highlighted and threaded frame by frame, and archive material is cut out, textured and marked up the way documentary channels use it. We build all of it as a kit for your series, so episode ten matches episode one.
Do you edit the whole video or add motion to our edit?
Either. Send raw footage and a script and we cut the whole episode, or send a locked edit and we design the motion layer on top. The plan states which parts we own before we start.
How do you plan an episode for retention?
Before any design, we write the spine: a hook and a spoken promise of the ending in the first few seconds, a pacing break to reset attention, beats that turn on “but” and “therefore”, and the payoff on the final second. The motion is designed to serve that spine.
Can you keep one style across a whole series?
Yes, that is what the kit is for. Type, colour, map style, transitions and sound cues are set once and applied to every episode, and new episodes start from the kit, not from a blank project.

Cut 03Editing
Footage to cut
Podcast, talking-head and long-form editing, with shorts cut from every episode
The long edit, plus vertical shorts found, reframed on the speaker and captioned word by word.
Send the raw files. We cut the long version, find the moments that stand on their own, reframe them for vertical and caption them word by word. Each clip is chosen for what is said and how it lands, then checked so that neither its first second nor its last second is dead air.
Good fit: a show or a speaker with more good footage than time to cut it.

Questions shows ask
How do you choose which moments become shorts?
We look for lines that make sense with no context, land in under a minute and end on the point itself. Each candidate is cut, reframed and captioned, then checked for a live first second and no tail after the payoff. You pick from the set before anything is posted.
Do you add captions to shorts?
Yes. Every short gets word-by-word captions burned in, placed above the band where the platform draws its own text and buttons. The long version gets an SRT file you can upload to YouTube.
What do we need to send you?
The raw camera and audio files through any drive link, your show’s name, and one past episode whose look you like. For multicam shows, a note on who sits on which camera helps.
Can you match the style of our current edit?
Yes. Send two episodes you like and we build the caption style, colour and cut rhythm from them, then hold that style across every new episode.

Cut 04AI video
Nothing filmed yet
AI product videos and generative ads, made from a photo or a script
Product films generated around a 3D twin built from your photos, and presenter ads generated from a script.
When there is no footage, we generate it. For a product, we first build a 3D twin from your photos so the shape is right, then generate the look and the motion around that geometry. For ads that need a person on screen, we write the script and keep one generated presenter consistent across every cut. You approve the twin before any footage is made.
Good fit: a physical product with clear photos, or an ad idea that would cost more to shoot than to make.

Questions brands ask
What do you need to make an AI product video?
Clear photos of the product from the front, back, sides and top, its real dimensions, and any logo or label artwork. From those we build the product twin that every shot is generated around.
Will the product look like our real product?
The shape comes from the twin, and the twin comes from your photos, so proportions and details hold from shot to shot. You compare the twin with your photos and approve it before anything is generated.
Is AI-generated video labelled?
Yes. YouTube, TikTok and Meta each ask for a label on realistic AI-generated video, and every delivery tells you which setting to turn on when you post, so your account stays within each platform’s rules.
Can you make AI UGC ads with a presenter?
Yes. We write the script, design one presenter and keep that face, voice and wardrobe consistent across every variation, so you can test different hooks without a reshoot.
